Contact and find us
Kenny Road, Columbus. Free parking outside, step-free from the car park, and a person on the end of the phone rather than a menu.

The phone is answered by someone in the building during opening hours. If we are with a child, leave a message and we ring back the same day.

The first and last slots of the day are the quietest, and we keep some of them back for children who cannot manage a busy waiting room. Ask for one when you book.
If it is out of hours
Do not wait for the office to open to find out whether it matters. The practice emergency line is the same number, (614) 555-0142, and out of hours it is answered by the on-call dentist rather than the front desk. Ring it.
A knocked-out permanent tooth is minutes-sensitive. What you do in the first ten minutes decides whether it can be saved, and it should not be scrubbed clean or left dry. A knocked-out baby tooth must not be put back. The steps for both are on one page, written to be read in a hurry.
If your child has hit their head, is drowsy, is bleeding in a way you cannot stop, cannot swallow, or has swelling closing an eye or the throat, that is an emergency department, not us. Go there first and ring us afterwards.
Getting here
A single-storey building with the car park at the door
We are on Kenny Road, in a low pale-brick medical office set back from the street behind a row of trees. Look for the rounded blue sign; the entrance is the one under the yellow canopy.
- Free surface parking directly outside, including two accessible bays by the door. No barrier, no ticket, no app.
- Step-free from the car park to the front door and step-free throughout — one level, no lift, no thresholds to bump a wheel over.
- Accessible WC with a changing bench that takes an older child, not just a baby-sized pull-down table.
- Pushchairs are welcome in the operatory. You do not have to leave a sleeping baby in the corridor to hold your other child’s hand.
- The nearest COTA bus stop is about two minutes’ walk, on Kenny Road. Cross at the lights, not at the car park entrance.

- The practice, 2140 Kenny Road, Suite 120
- Free surface parking, at the door
- COTA stop, about two minutes on foot

What to bring to a first visit
Four things. Arrive about ten minutes early so the paperwork is not eating into the appointment.

Your insurance or Medicaid card
Or the plan name and member number if the card is lost. Kelly can usually check eligibility from that alone, and would rather do it before you arrive than at the desk.
A list of medications
Everything, including inhalers, vitamins and anything bought over the counter. Also tell us about allergies and any recent hospital stay.
The name of your paediatrician
And their practice, so we can write to them if we find anything they should know about. We do not contact them without telling you.
Your child’s favourite comfort object
The blanket, the rabbit, the dinosaur. It is allowed in the chair, and it can have its teeth counted first if that helps.
Send us a message
For anything that is not urgent. If your child is in pain today, please ring instead — a message can sit unread for a few hours and a toothache cannot.
This form is a demonstration. It is not wired to anything: there is no server, no inbox and no submit button, and nothing you type here is stored or sent. On a real build this would post to the practice inbox. Please use the phone number or the email address above.
Or just book it
Pick a day online and we will ring you back to confirm what the appointment needs. Medicaid and CHIP checked before you come in.
